Ordering Lens Only
When ordering lenses only, you will need to provide us with your frame information. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your lenses only purchase. We will send a second email requesting your frame information which will also contain our mailing address to our laboratory. Your lenses in most cases will be in process awaiting the arrival of your frame. When shipping your frame to FramesRx, we recommend you get a tracking number and insurance. FramesRx is not responsible for lost or damaged frames due to shipping. In the event you are providing us with a previously worn frame, we cannot be responsible for frames that are received in poor condition due to excessive wear. Of course, we will handle your eyewear with the utmost care and will thoroughly review the quality of your frame before proceeding with assembly. We will notify you if we have any concerns your frame is too distressed to continue with your order. Once your frame and lenses have been completed at the lab, we will ship them back to you according to the desired delivery time selected at the time of order. Our opticians in customer service are available to help you with any questions you may have.
