RETURNS
At FramesRx we are always striving to keep prices low. Due to increasing costs we will be charging a re-stocking fee of 15% on all frame returns. Lenses will not be credited; however we can remake lenses for prescription corrections or fitting changes 1 time at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
**Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Your return must be in "New" condition and include all materials sent with the frame including the original lenses.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be done at no charge if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. If the cancellation is not within 24 hours a 15% restocking fee applies.

At FramesRx, we warranty every purchase against manufacturers’ defects. Upgrades are allowed
for an additional cost. Sorry, this does not cover loss, theft, or industrial safety eyewear.
