Answering detailed optical questions, is primarily what our “live” customer service lines are for, however we welcome any calls. If you are needing a quick answer on order status, return status, or simply wanting to know if a certain frame product is available…you fastest response would be to email us at customerservice@framesrx.com. Our customer service department will research your request and will email or call as soon as we have an answer for you. Typically most status requests are answered within 24-48 hours. Certain product availability requests do require us to contact the manufacturers directly, so it may take a bit more time for a reply.
